Official Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of SEE Eyewear, Vacation Sunscreen, Midori Bikinis, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, child) or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

2. Giveaway Name & Overview
This promotion is called the “Coastal Summer Giveaway.” It is a collaboration among SEE Eyewear, Vacation Sunscreen, and Midori Bikinis, each contributing a prize component valued at approximately $150. 3. Giveaway Period

  • Begins on June 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on June 6, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Giveaway Period”). All entries must be received during the Giveaway Period to be eligible.

  • The winner will be selected on June 7, 2025.

4. How to Enter
There are two (2) ways to enter:

  Instagram Entry
  1. Follow @seeeyewear, @vacationsunscreen, and @midoribikinis on Instagram.
  2. Like the official “Coastal Summer Giveaway” post.
  3. Tag one (1) friend in the comments of that post. Each additional friend tagged in the same comment counts as one (1) additional entry (maximum five tags per comment).
  4. Your Instagram account must remain public and you must maintain your follows through winner notification to stay eligible.

  Email Entry
  1. Visit the official Coastal Summer Giveaway landing page (https://seeeyewear.com/pages/coastal-summer-giveaway) and complete the Email Entry form.
  2. On that form, provide your valid email address, full name, Instagram handle (if available), and primary U.S. mailing address.
  3. Each valid form submission counts as one (1) entry. Limit one (1) Email Entry per person.

  • Disclosure: By submitting your email address via the entry form, you agree that your email and entry information may be shared among SEE Eyewear, Vacation Sunscreen, and Midori Bikinis for marketing and promotional purposes.

  • No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. Automated or bulk entries are prohibited and will result in disqualification.

5. Entry Requirements & Restrictions

  • All entries must be submitted during the Giveaway Period. Entries received before or after are void.

  • Incomplete, garbled, or otherwise non-compliant entries will be disqualified.

  • Instagram entries must originate from publicly viewable accounts (i.e., not set to private).

6. Prize Details
One (1) winner will receive a prize package consisting of:
  • A pair of sunglasses from SEE Eyewear (ARV $150)
  • A vacation-themed sunscreen set from Vacation Sunscreen (ARV $150)
  • A $150 Midori Bikinis gift card (ARV $150)

Total combined Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $450. Prize components and ARVs are approximate and subject to change at Sponsor’s sole discretion. No substitutions or cash equivalents allowed, except at Sponsor’s discretion.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

  • One (1) winner will be chosen via a random drawing on June 7, 2025 from among all eligible entries received by 11:59 PM ET on June 6, 2025.

  • The drawing will be conducted by an independent administrator whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.

  • The potential winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message (for Instagram entries) and/or via email (for Email entries) within three (3) business days of the drawing.

  • The potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification. If the potential winner fails to respond in time, or if notification is returned as undeliverable, or if the potential winner is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

8. Claiming & Delivery of Prize

  • The confirmed winner must provide a valid U.S. mailing address. Prize will be shipped via standard ground shipping within four (4) weeks of prize confirmation.

  • Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misdirected shipments once the Prize is in transit.

9. Release & Limitation of Liability
By participating, each entrant (and their parent/legal guardian if under 18) agrees to release and hold harmless SEE Eyewear, Vacation Sunscreen, Midori Bikinis, Instagram, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and all of their officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use of the Prize.

10. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, the winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, Instagram handle, photograph, likeness, biographical information, and/or statements about the Giveaway for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without further compensation or notice.

11. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and these Terms & Conditions. By entering, each entrant consents to the collection and use of their personal information as described herein.

12. General Conditions

  • Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway (in whole or in part) or these Terms & Conditions if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.

  • Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual tampering with the entry process or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages or other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. No Affiliation with Instagram
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing information to the Sponsor and not to Instagram.

14. Governing Law
Except where prohibited, entrants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms & Conditions or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor arising out of or relating to the Giveaway shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
