Return Policy
Online Orders
We want you to love your SEE eyewear! If for any reason you are unhappy with your online purchase, click here to start a return.
All online returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery and items must be in new and unused condition. Original shipping charges and/or international taxes/duties paid are non-refundable.
Frames in our "Hot Deals" section or marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return/refund/exchange. Lenses are not included. Prices are available online only.
Returns for Refund: All eligible returns for refund must be processed through your online account and shipped back to SEE using the provided shipping label. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Adding Lenses to a Frame Only Order: Adding lenses (prescription or non-prescription) to your Frame Only order may only be done in our SEE stores.
Exchanges: Exchanges of orders placed online may only be made in our SEE stores. A store credit will be issued for in-store redemption only. Any discount from the original online purchase will not transfer to the exchanged product, unless an exchange of the exact same style is selected.

In-Store Orders
Every order is custom, so we cannot return your glasses once the order is in process. For non-prescription sunglasses we don’t offer refunds, but store credit will be given within 14 days for glasses returned in spanking new condition.
