All online returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery and items must be in new and unused condition. Original shipping charges and any taxes/duties paid are non-refundable.

In-Store Orders:

Every order is custom, so we cannot return your glasses once the order is in process. For non-prescription sunglasses we don’t offer refunds, but store credit will be given within 14 days for glasses returned in spanking new condition.
